Student Ideas Gateway

Whether you have an idea, positive comment, or a criticism related to your experience at the University, your feedback helps us develop and improve the overall student experience, and the facilities and services at Flinders.

 

To provide your feedback/ idea, please complete and submit the form below. It will be sent to the Flinders Student Experience Team who will respond to you within two business days. If you choose to submit your feedback anonymously, we respect your preference and thank you for the opportunity to improve, but we will not be able to respond to you personally.

It is important that you use the form below for feedback and ideas only.  Please use the following links if you wish to make an official complaint, an appeal or report an incident related to safety or sexual harassment.

What kinds of feedback can I leave?

We would love to hear all of your ideas, suggestions or constructive feedback to improve the student experience, facilities or services at the University. 

Ideas submitted so far have included updating PCs in the labs so your browser opens to the Flinders student pages; increasing the time before you are automatically logged out in the PC labs and even the Student Ideas Gateway for students.

What will happen with my feedback?

The Student Experience Team are committed to responding to all feedback. Within two working days, your feedback will be acknowleged and sent to the most relevant area of the university for follow up. You will be kept up to date during the process. 

Of course if you prefer to remain anonynmous, we respect your choice, but we will not be able to respond to you personally.
